Matthias brings over 20 years of IT industry experience to both comdivision and a range of other national and international companies. His primary focus is translating complex IT solutions into clear and understandable language.

As a certified VMware architect, designer, and trainer, Matthias holds a comprehensive set of VMware certifications, including VCP3-6 DCV, VCP6-7 Cloud, VCP NV, VCIX-NV, VCIX-DCV, VCAP7-CMA Design, VCIX-CMA; he is also a Level 2 VMware Certified Instructor (VCI). He has been delivering both standard and beta VMware courses since 2009.

Due to his proficiency, Matthias joined a group of mentors tasked with educating on new technologies and was acknowledged by VMware in 2012 for his teaching contributions.

Since 2012, Matthias has also taken on the role of developing classes for VMware’s Cloud Management and Automation products. In 2014, his expertise in network virtualization and automation led to an invitation to join the NSX instructors' team. For his extensive community contributions, particularly regarding vRealize Automation extensibility with vCenter Orchestrator, he has been awarded the vExpert title for Datacenter, Cloud, and NSX.
