How does it work?
To be able to leverage cd:knowledge you need to purchase cd:credits, these are pre-paid service tokens which can be utilized for a variety of comdivision services not only cd:knowlege. You can also apply them against fixed-fee offerings, pre-built services, migration-services etc. the only exception is that they can not be applied to external cost like travel expenses etc. (see contract for details).
The individual credit purchase price depends on the amount of credits you purchase and is valid for up to 1 year as long as you do not make additional purchases within that time window.
cd:credit = how many architecture hours?
We offer 3 levels of standard services:
- Junior Consultancy = 2 cd:credit / hour (additional rules apply for example supervision by Architect/PM etc.)
- Senior Consultancy = 3 cd:credit / hour
- Senior Architect = 4 cd:credit / hour
- Senior Project Manager = 4 cd:credit / hour
Minimum billable unit is 1 cd:credit and there is a surchage of 2 cd:credit / hour for work which has been requested outside normal office hours.
If you don't by any additional service level you will get best effort support availability which is sufficient for many customers, however if you require more we have that covered.
