A banking institution with over 500 employees needed to evaluate the efficiency and security of its IT infrastructure. The aim was to identify opportunities for optimization and establish a solid foundation for future expansion. To achieve this, the institution partnered with comdivision to conduct a comprehensive Health Check and collaborate with its internal teams to identify areas for improvement.

As part of the Health Check, comdivision’s experts conducted a comprehensive analysis of the institution’s IT environment. This included a detailed review of the entire technology stack – covering virtualization technologies, network infrastructure, storage solutions, and associated applications and licenses. Both hardware and software components were scrutinized to uncover bottlenecks and assess performance and stability. Collaboration was a cornerstone of this approach. Through intensive workshops and regular meetings, comdivision worked closely with the institution's IT teams to identify weaknesses and implement immediate, practical solutions. This partnership ensured that the bank’s IT environment evolved into a more stable, efficient, and secure state, enabling uninterrupted daily operations and reducing.
The final report provided a clear summary of findings, paired with actionable recommendations. A particular focus was placed on identifying and implementing "Quick Wins" - immediate measures that enhance system stability and efficiency. These short-term optimizations created the groundwork for a scalable, future-ready IT environment that meets the institution’s current demands and anticipates future growth.
