Sascha Schwunk

Sascha Schwunk is CRO, Lead Architect, and Partner at the comdivision group, a global consultancy renowned for its deep expertise in cloud architecture, VMware Cloud Foundation, and enterprise IT transformation. Over the past years, Sascha has guided numerous international customers through complex modernization projects, focusing on driving business value through technology adoption.

With more than two decades of experience in enterprise IT and architecture, Sascha has been instrumental in shaping end-to-end VMware-based solutions for both enterprise and service provider customers across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas. His recent work includes leading the global projects, designing and implementing VCF-based architectures with vSAN, NSX, and Operations, and helping customers adopt Kubernetes-as-a-Service and Cloud Director for hybrid cloud deployments.

As a Broadcom Knight for VMware Cloud Foundation, Sascha regularly supports customers and partners in understanding how to align technology investments with operational efficiency and scalability. He plays a key role in comdivision’s Challenge Day and Think Tank programs, enabling organizations to explore new cloud operating models and make informed decisions about their digital transformation strategies.

Known for combining deep technical expertise with a pragmatic business focus, Sascha helps enterprises and service providers evaluate licensing, architecture, and migration paths toward modern, automated platforms. His leadership ensures that comdivision engagements deliver measurable results - from design through to implementation and optimization.

Sascha’s certifications include VMware VCP/VCAP, Microsoft Azure Architect, and Fortinet Network Security Expert, demonstrating his broad knowledge across virtualization, networking, and cloud ecosystems.
