As Head of Sales – North America, Rob Palmer partners with organizations to simplify cloud and VMware infrastructure transformation as well as renewal strategies. Over the past five years, he has led strategic sales initiatives, supported complex renewal cycles, and collaborated closely with executive stakeholders to navigate major shifts in technology at AWS.
Rob is also the co-owner of We Build Character, a leadership mentorship nonprofit. The program empowers mid‑level technology managers to grow into strategic executive leaders through a 10‑month curriculum that includes monthly workshops and one‑on‑one mentorship with C‑level executives.
His experience spans sales leadership, operational strategy, and revenue planning. He has contributed to enterprise modernization initiatives, transition programs, and multi‑region growth efforts designed to align technology strategy with long‑term business outcomes.
