Inside Sales / Sales Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Inside Sales or Sales Assistant to support our management team with customer engagement across Europe, Middle East and North America. You will work on six to seven-figure deals. Help organize customer events across our three territories. This is a remote first position with optional office presence and occasional travel for meetings and events.

During the onboarding time more travel might be required to work hand in hand with the management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate appointments and scheduling
  • Manage incoming customer requests
  • Communicate with customers via CRM, EMail, Chat, and Phone
  • Maintain and update customer contact records
  • Support quote and deal registration processes
  • Administer & assign software license information
  • Organize customer meetings and events, including:
    • Venue, travel, and dinner arrangements
    • Communication with internal teams and participants
    • Marketing coordination
    • On-site support during events

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in day to day office administration, ideally in a hybrid or remote-first environment.
  • Industry knowledge about the VMware portfolio (Sales relevant is enough, no tech deep dive required)

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 expected
  • Familiarity with Confluence, Asana, HubSpot, and Business Central is helpfull.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, optional: Spanish and / or Arabic
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer service mindset.
  • Valid work permit for Germany (if applying in Germany), UAE work permit/visa can be provided (you are responsible for relocation).
  • and must be able to travel to Germany and USA.

Compensation:

  • Fixed annual salary: €36,000 – €55,000 (depending on experience and qualifications and GEO)
  • Performance bonus: Based on deal progress and direct revenue, based on service quality, responsiveness, and internal satisfaction metrics
