As IT Administrator, you will be responsible for managing our Microsoft 365 environment, overseeing device management for employees and externals, and administering key business applications. You will also serve as the first point of contact for internal IT support, ensuring smooth operations and high user satisfaction. This role is based in our Muenster office and requires regular onsite presence, with flexibility for partial remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

Microsoft 365 Administration
Manage and maintain Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 services including user accounts, licensing, security policies, and collaboration tools.
Device Management
Oversee the provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle of Apple devices (MacBooks, iPhones, iPads) using Microsoft Intune for both employees and external collaborators.
Application & Permission Management
Administer access and permissions for tools such as:
- Confluence
- Asana
- HubSpot
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Customisation & Optimisation
Support deeper configuration and usage of the above tools to improve workflows and user experience.
User Helpdesk
Provide responsive and friendly IT support to employees, troubleshoot issues, and document resolutions.
Security & Compliance
Ensure systems and devices comply with internal security policies and data protection regulations.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in IT administration, ideally in a hybrid or remote-first environment.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Intune.
Experience managing Apple devices in a business context.
Familiarity with Confluence, Asana, HubSpot, and Business Central.
Ability to configure and optimise business applications for team productivity.
Excellent communication skills in German and English.
Strong problem-solving skills and customer service mindset.
Valid work permit for Germany and must be physically located in Germany.

Preferred Qualification:

Certifications in Microsoft 365 or Intune.
Experience with automation or scripting (e.g., PowerShell, PowerAutomate).

Compensation:

Fixed annual salary: €45,000 – €70,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
Performance bonus: Up to 10% of annual salary, based on service quality, responsiveness, and internal satisfaction metrics

Fabian Lenz is an architect and part of the leadership team at comdivision. With a strong background in virtualization and datacenter technologies, he combines hands-on expertise with a solid academic foundation in international information systems.

His primary focus is on VMware technologies, where he has developed deep technical expertise supported by various certifications. In addition, he brings experience in IT service and infrastructure management, automation, software development, and project execution.

As a VMware Cloud Foundation Broadcom Knight, Fabian represents technical excellence and a clear perspective on modern cloud architecture. He helps organizations structure, simplify, and evolve complex IT environments.

Alongside his technical work, Fabian contributes to strategic decision-making within comdivision and supports projects from initial design through to implementation. He also shares his expertise through presentations and workshops to make complex topics accessible and actionable.

Yves Sandfort
CEO, Partner & Founder comdivision Group

Yves Sandfort is CEO and Partner at the comdivision group with more than 30 years of experience in cloud architecture and IT transformation. As VMware VCDX (#203) and a Broadcom Knight, he is recognized as an expert within the global VMware ecosystem.

His focus is on designing and implementing private, public, and hybrid cloud strategies as well as enterprise architectures. He supports organizations in aligning technology decisions with business objectives and risk management.

In addition to his consulting work, Yves is active as a keynote speaker and industry analyst, sharing insights at international events. As a former VMware Certified Instructor, he combines deep technical expertise with the ability to make complex topics accessible.
