comdivision consulting was approached by Doc Advertising to generate there next generation CRM solution, which should help there customers serve there patients better. CRM in medical industries is relative new in Germany, as also marketing in the medical industry was highly regulated or even forbidden for many years.
The idea was to track clinic's, doctor's and patient's activities from the first contact, so that it would become easier to identify why certain patient's are not showing up for treatment. Or if they gain new treatment capabilities, which patient's to contact for treatment.
Also the overall patient's experience was up for optimisation, new way's of communication for appointment reminders were used, so that patient's get an email or SMS when an appointment is up. Also the life of the nurses and doctors was improved as they get autoreminded that a patient should be called regarding her or his 6 month follow up examination.
On top we integrated state of the art reporting making it easier to identify patient's return rates, clinic/doctor's success in comparison to others and also measure how successfull certain marketing activities have been.
The system went into production in January 2011 and is since then in constant evolution.
